This scene is a separate downloadable package. The Royal Wedding is a collection of costumes for your character. Each piece of clothing will change your appearance.

Upon leaving the Landsmeet Chamber at the end of the game, there will be a load screen followed by a black loading screen. The time for load can be from 12 seconds to around 40 depending on your system. If loading time is considerably longer than that, your system may not play the scene as intended.

When the scene completes, you will see the Epilogue Slides as usual.
Upon exiting the Landsmeet Chamber at the end of the game, there will be a separate download for the Royal Wedding. The game does not require the installation of anything, but it does require a stable internet connection. The installation and unzipping of the game requires around 20 MB of free space.
